The National Committee on Youth Guidance and Rehabilitation (NYGR) in collaboration with the Young ChangeMakers (YCM) under the National Youth Council (NYC) has spearheaded a grant scheme to inspire youths to embark on youth-initiated projects within their schools or communities.

The NYGR Youth-Initiated Project Grant is a pilot scheme that provides seed funding and non-monetary support as well as resources to youths who want to make a meaningful change in their community addressing youth-at-risk issues.

We thank you for your interest. The pilot NYGR Youth-Initiated Project Grant which provides resources to youths who want to implement projects addressing youth-at-risk issues has closed on 31 December 2008. Youths who wish to embark on youth-initiated projects within thier schools or communities may continue to apply for funding under the Young ChangeMakers.
